All vehicles are processed through our ATF-licensed facilities, which means your car is recycled responsibly. Fluids are drained, hazardous materials are handled correctly, and usable parts are salvaged before the rest is shredded and recycled. That's the law, and we follow it.
Taking the car in yourself is a real option and sometimes the better one. The trade-off is not really about money — it's about whether the car is still legal to drive.

Two things to check before you go: that the yard is genuinely ATF licensed, and that it will notify the DVLA and issue a Certificate of Destruction — without that, you remain the registered keeper.
